Get to know a little about our collaborators
We have 70 employees and comply with all the Ecuadorian labor laws as a given but also provide free lunch, free transport, uniforms and safety equipment for our personal. Our collaborators, most of them women, are constantly trained to follow a quality process from the planting to the delivery of our roses to the final customer.

This Association supports the floricultural sector in the country, grouping the most important farms of the sector with the objective of promoting our flowers at international level, being the Ecuadorian roses recognized as the best in the world for their quality, color, size and beauty.
